Refund and Cancellation Policy
At Unbridled Bakery Co., we value our customers and strive to provide the best quality treats for your beloved animals. However, due to the nature of our products, we have the following refund and cancellation policy in place:
Cancellations
- Standard Orders: Cancellations are accepted on a case-by-case basis. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Custom Orders:
- Cancellations for custom orders must be made within 24 hours of order confirmation to receive a full refund.
- Cancellations requested after the 24-hour window will be charged 60% of the full order amount.
- Any invoices for custom orders must be paid in full prior to the order being fulfilled.
Refunds
- Delivered Orders: Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for delivered orders. Once the product has been shipped, picked up, or delivered, all sales are final.
- Damaged or Incorrect Orders: If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
